The cutting-edge, 30,000 square metre project houses six 15,000 litre bioreactors and a purification area, as well as contemporary office and laboratory spaces. BMS Cruiserath Biologics is seeking to recruit Graduates for our new Science & Engineering graduate programme. During this two year programme, Graduates will be accelerated to excellence completing a number of rotations between key functions with a science or engineering focus such as; Engineering, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Science & Technology, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Graduates will also have the opportunity to gain experience using Operational Excellence, a continuous improvement tool, in their day-to-day work. As one of our BMS Graduates you will gain first-hand technical experience of the biologics manufacturing industry, expanding both your technical knowledge and personal development. The programme also includes the support of dedicated mentors who will aid and support Graduates in their transition from academia to the working world.

Since January 2015 we have recruited over 400 new staff in our Cruiserath facility. In 2017, BMS Cruiserath was certified as a Great Place to Work; listed 11th Best Large Workplace in Ireland. In 2017 we moved into our new state-of-the-art Central Utilities Building and Laboratories, Office & Cafeteria Building. By mid-2018, BMS Cruiserath Biologics will be fully operational.
